SafeCall provides its customers with a PGP Encrypted Network featuring high speed servers that relay the PGP encrypted voice, text and email data between customers. This is not a free service and so the customer must pay in advance a €2 Euro Service Fee before the SafeCall software will function on the customer's Android Device or Personal Computer.

AGREEMENT 2 - Refund Policy

SafeCall does not refund the €2 Euro Service Fees for any reason due to the fact that the Service Fee is such a small amount, that it is not a significant amount to refund. The cost to process a refund exceeds the amount of the Service Fee by a factor of ten making it economically untenable to execute refunds.

THIS ANDROID AND PERSONAL COMPUTER SAFECALL SOCIAL NETWORK SOFTWARE APPLICATION IS COPYRIGHT 2015 BY SAFECALL SOCIAL NETWORK. ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED. This is a binding agreement between the User of this Software Application and THE SAFECALL SOCIAL NETWORK. The User hereby agrees to the following stipulations:

1. The User has only been granted the right to read and operate this software application for personal use on an Android Telephone or Android Tablet Personal Computer.
2. This User License Agreement stipulates that the User may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute this software for re-sale at any time.
3. This software license can be revoked at any time by the SAFECALL SOCIAL NETWORK for any reason and the User must then delete this software application from their Android Telephone or Android Tablet PC.
4. The User of this Software Application further agrees that the SAFECALL SOCIAL NETWORK cannot be held responsible for any data loss or errors in data transmissions.
5. The User agrees that the SAFECALL SOCIAL NETWORK can not be held responsible for any loss of Intellectual Property due to any reason, including, but not limited to faulty encryption algorithms, faulty data transmissions, faults due to errors in the Android Telephone.
6. The SAFECALL SOCIAL NETWORK agrees to deliver an encryption platform using OpenPGP standards, that is designed for use by civilians under normal circumstances.

WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THREE OF THE ABOVE LICENSE AGREEMENTS, THEN SAFECALL REQUIRES YOU TO DELETE THIS SOFTWARE FROM ALL DEVICES, INCLUDING YOUR WINDOWS, APPLE OR LINUX PERSONAL COMPUTER, YOUR ANDROID TELEPHONE, AND YOUR ANDROID TABLET COMPUTER IMMEDIATELY.
