Mac OSX App Installation

Step 1

DOWNLOAD JAVA RUNTIME

Press the button above to install the Java Runtime Engine onto your Mac OSX Computer using the website at WWW.JAVA.COM and be sure to use the Java 64 Bit Mac OSX version.

Step 2

DOWNLOAD MAC OSX ZIP

Press the [DOWNLOAD LINUX ZIP] button above to download the SAFECALL-PROGRAM.ZIP File on to your PC.

Step 3

Then unzip the file named SAFECALL-PROGRAM.ZIP onto your Desktop or Home Folder and you will see a new folder appear named SAFECALL-PROGRAM.

Step 4

Start the Safecall Mac OSX App by double clicking the SAFECALL-SCS-DESKTOP.JAR file located in this SAFECALL-PROGRAM folder that you created in Step 3.

An error message will appear when you first start Safecall PGP and will tell you that your system security settings do not allow you to run apps installed outside of the Apple Store. You must then go to your OSX System Preferences and select the Security and Privacy settings. See the picture below and a button will appear that you must press to allow Safecall PGP to run on your Mac. Then run Safecall PGP again and a window will appear asking your permission to run Safecall PGP the first time only. Safecall PGP will then run normally after this first approval request, without giving any more warnings.
